Please note that the color shade of the product may appear slightly different due to variations in screen resolution on different devices (Laptop/Mobile/Tablet), or the impact of our digital photo shoot. We strive to accurately represent the colors of our products. We request that you consider these minor color variations.
Special note for the customer: Please do not receive the parcel if it is damaged or defective. Please notify us with your Order ID and Phone number. We will resend the item.
Returns Policy
If you receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 2 days of the delivery date. Our support team will help you.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Reason for return: You should provide a valid reason for return.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories that came with it.
- Unused Product: The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products that show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
- Customized Products Are Non-Refundable.
- Unwashed Product: The product must be unwashed. Products that have been washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for a refund.
- Clear Video Proof: You must provide an opening (360-degree) clear video proof showing the product’s condition upon receipt. The video should display any defects or issues with the product, as well as the packaging (The unboxing video is mandatory to validate any claims). The return will not be approved if the packet appears to be already opened, taped, or broken.
- Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the Fulia Mart team.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products based on personal preferences, dislikes, or a change of mind once the product has been delivered in good condition.
- Return requests placed over WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or call will not be accepted; only email will be accepted.
If all conditions are true, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product by mail. Once we receive your return or refund request, our team will review the video proof. If your request meets our refund policy criteria, we will mail back and process your refund or replacement (If we are able to replace your parcel, you will be given a replacement; otherwise, you will be given a refund).

Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your order, please let us know before it has been ready to be shipped, and we will refund the entire amount within 5 business days. Please mention the Order ID & Phone Number for cancellation, and email at mail@fuliamart.com
Refund Process
When we receive the returned parcel, we will initiate a return or replacement within 2 days after verification, or we will provide a full refund for the product by UPI/NetBanking within 3-5 business days.
(Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.)
Shipping charge- Our one way (Forward or Return) shipping cost starting from rs. 150 for all India. (Our courier costs different from the local courier service).
