If you receive the wrong/incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at support@fuliamart.com with your order details (Phone Number, Order ID) and video proof. We will either ship (Free of Cost) a replacement for the product or provide a full refund for the product by UPI/ Bank Transfer, once we receive the product.
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Windows: Contact us within 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate your return.
- Order Number: You must provide the original order number associated with the purchase. This helps us quickly locate your order and process your refund request.
- Phone Number: You must provide the phone number used when placing the order. This will be used for verification purposes.
- Reason for return: You should provide a valid reason for return.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories that came with it.
- Unused Product: The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products that show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
- Unwashed Product: The product must be unwashed. Products that have been washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for a refund.
- Clear Video Proof: You must provide a 360-degree clear video proof showing the product’s condition upon receipt. The video should clearly display any defects or issues with the product, as well as the packaging. The unboxing video is mandatory to validate any claims. The return will not be approved if the packet appears to be already opened, taped, or broken.
- Cash on delivery charges are not refundable.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. (Note for free shipping – Shipping charges are included in the product price).
- Extra distance charges are not refundable.
- Return requests placed over WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or call will not be accepted only mail will be accepted.
Disclaimer
Please note that the colour shade of the product may appear slightly different due to variations in screen resolution on different devices. We strive to accurately represent the colours of our products; however, slight discrepancies may occur due to factors beyond our control.
If all conditions are true, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product at mail support@fuliamart.com (Please mention the Order ID & Phone Number). Once we receive your return/refund request, our team will review the video proof. If your request meets our refund policy criteria, we will mail back and process your refund or replacement.
Special note for the customer: Please Do not receive if the parcel is defective/damaged. Please notify us with your Order ID and Phone number by mail at support@fuliamart.com.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and the reason for return is validated, we will initiate the refund process.
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days through UPI/Netbanking.
- The total cost of shipping will be borne by the customer.
Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items
Certain items are non-refundable. These include:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Products bought during sales or any coupon codes.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Please mention the Order ID & Phone Number for cancellation mail at support@fuliamart.com
